Once a year humans on earth celebrate love. Love is energy that lives outside of time and space. It travels to the other side after death and it is found again in both the non-physical and physical worlds. It is magical. It defies laws. It is immortal. It connects us to the many humans we get to interact with over the course of this lifetime. But when we lose love we feel as if the whole universe collapses around us. We feel as though we can never have it again. Today, I want to respond to a question I received from a reader that has to do with finding love again. Will I ever be happy again? Is my current situation worth the battle or should I let go and stop giving my all to find happiness and love? The only person I’ve ever known without a shadow of a doubt loved me passed away. I lost my fiance March 23, 2012. He was my best friend and treated me like every girl wanted to be treated. Dear anonymous, Losing someone you loved and loved you is like all the lights around you are turned off. It is like the air you were breathing to stay alive, vanished. In the darkness of the night that surrounds you and in the airless space you are occupying you think love is never going to come back. But what is this thing called love that we cannot see, smell, touch but governs everything we do? Love defies science, physics and any kind of experiments. As Einstein said “It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense. It would be a description without meaning—as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure.” One thing we know for sure is that love cannot be destroyed and it can be transferred. The amount of energy in the Universe remains the same no matter what happens. Whenever energy disappears an equivalent amount of some other form of energy must be produced. Dear anonymous, the air you stopped breathing is still around you. The light that has left is waiting for you in another room. Love is energy transferred from you to him, to somewhere else, then back to you. Love is meant to be found again and again via different experiences and people. You are here to love more than once or twice. Your fiance may have left this world but there are two things I know for sure. First and foremost his love for you is still here, it is being expressed in other ways and in other places. You have to look for these places. And second of all, the love you experienced with him is timeless, spaceless, non-physical. It doesn’t end just because the physical expression of the love you had is no longer here. It will always be a part of you. What I am going to ask you to do might not be easy at first but it will get easier with time. Start looking for places and people that remind you of the happiness you felt when your fiance was still physically here. Spend your time there. For example, go have dinner at a brand new restaurant that he would have loved. His love for you will be energetically present at that table you will be sitting at. Remember all the ways he saw you. Don’t stop seeing yourself...his way. Look for people who bring these parts out of you. I read this quote the other day from a book called 'My Heart and Other Black Holes', “...energy travels and transfers when people pay attention. Maybe that's what love really boils down to having someone who cares enough to pay attention so that you're encouraged to travel and transfer, to make your potential energy spark into kinetic energy.” I care enough to write this letter to you today to tell you to travel and transfer the love you had together in another experience, form, space, person or even language. The experience of you with him is still in this universe. Love transfers. Now go out and live your life knowing that you can never stop looking for love. Never stop believing that it is out there waiting for you to witness it, feel it, immerse yourself in it. Your fiance’s love for you can never be destroyed, it just changes form. Don’t stop giving your all to find love again. (Click to Tweet!) Read MoreWhat if I told you we hold inside of us everything that lives on the outside. The successes. The failures. The heartbreaks. The magical moments. There is a field of energy that connects our physical bodies to everything you see around you and beyond. I received a question from a reader that I felt I needed to respond to immediately. All of us have been where he is now. His question was “will I ever find true happiness? Will I ever succeed? My music career hasn’t taken off, I am stuck at a job where I have no life. I just want to know if I’ll find true happiness.” Dear anonymous, I want to share with you so much today. I want to take you on a journey you have never been before. Help you imagine worlds you have never imagined. Help you see versions of yourself that are already where you want to be. Show you the place outside of time and space. Outside of this version of your reality. So here we go. Hold on tight. I want to start this letter with a quote or two from John Wheeler a Princeton physicist. “Anyone who expects to create, be it as a scientist or artist, scholar or writer, needs self-confidence, even bravado. How else can one dare to imagine understanding what no one else has understood, discovering what no one else has discovered? Where does this confidence come from? Fortunately, every young person is blessed with some of it. It is part of human character.” Before we go any further I am going to ask you to find the strength inside of you that believes in your talents, your brilliance and your originality. Find the voice that lives within that I call the Watcher self, this Watcher self has witnessed you from birth and knows everything about you. You have to listen in, very carefully so you can hear the tiny whispers of this self that knows you better than anyone else. The longer you stay stuck inside the job you don't like the more this voice is silenced. I have a question for you. Do you believe that you have an understanding beyond others in your line of work? Do you believe you discovered music unlike anybody else’s. If you don’t, then this is a good time to start. Start to believe in your brilliance. You have what you need. You have the confidence that is required for you to step into your gift even more than ever before. John Wheeler also said “We had this old idea, that there was a universe out there, and here is a man, the observer safely protected from the universe. Now we learn from the quantum world that even to observe an object as small as an electron we have to shatter that plate glass in the lab, we have to reach in there…..so the old word observer simply has to be crossed off the books, and we must put in the word participator.” You see my dear anonymous you are in charge of your destiny, there is no waiting, there is no expecting there is only doing. And according to John Wheeler there is reaching. And if simply reaching does not result to what you want, you reach more. You reach towards your dreams so much that you become what you want to receive. You become your music. You become your happiness. You become success. You breathe it, you live it. You are being it. Now. And that is a huge leap. To go from the observer to the participator. Not going to lie to you. What I am asking you to do here is not easy. It is difficult to stop believing in a world where things happen to you. And start believing in a world where you make things happen for yourself. It is impossible to find true happiness if we stay stuck in something we don’t like. And yes I am fully aware of the fact that paying bills and making ends meet is a requirement. But I am going to ask you to take a few steps forward and I want to see what happens when you do. So ready for the action part of this letter? Remember we have to do before we can be. We have to act before we can create. We have to believe before we can shift our physical reality. According to Gregg Braden and his book Divine Matrix (one of my favorites) “a general theme seems to suggest that the world is actually a mirror of things that are happening in a deeper reality. In the unseen realms we create the blueprint of our relationships, careers, successes and failures of the visible world. From this perspective the Divine Matrix works like a great cosmic screen that allows us to see the non physical energy of our emotions and beliefs projected in the physical medium of life. The Matrix appears to provide an unbiased surface for our inner experiences and beliefs to be seen in the world. In other words we are like artists expressing our deepest passions, fears, dreams and desires through the living essence of a mysterious quantum canvas. The canvas is everywhere, and always present.” And if it is true that the canvas is ours. That it is a mirror to what we believe inside of us, then our number one responsibility is to start believing in our ability to paint on that canvas whatever it is that we want. To paint your music. To paint true happiness. I am going to bring more reinforcements in this letter and introduce you to another incredible book and author, Bruce H Lipton and his book The Biology of belief. According to Bruce H Lipton we can change the character of our lives by changing our beliefs. “I was instantly energized because I realized that there was a science-based path that would take me from my job as a perennial “victim” to my new position as “co-creator” of my destiny.” The very first thing I am going to ask you dear anonymous is to discover the main underlying belief that is painting on your canvas. Your belief holds the brush. Always remember that. We need to dig deep to find it. My guess is that it was born in your childhood and it has lived by your side since then. This belief has to do with your worthiness of success and true happiness. Find the exact belief as it translates with words via your thoughts. I would recommend talking to a good friend who knows you very well, maybe even someone who has known you since childhood. Ask them how they see you in regards to your confidence and to you believing in your gifts and talents. Try to remember where this belief originated, do you have a memory of it. Maybe someone put you down when you were playing your music. Maybe someone special left you and you felt not worthy of true happiness since then. Once we find this belief that has been painting on your canvas then we can change it to a new one, slowly and methodically. How? You are going to have to prove this in the physical reality that your new belief is true. That you are worthy of happiness and success, worthy of creating the life you dream of. Start by surrounding yourself with people who see in you more than you see in yourself. Look for groups of musicians. Look for people who seek to find themselves and believe in their own gifts. Seek experiences that create a taste of the life you so want. And one final thing. Stop any thoughts that tell you, you are never going to make it.(click to tweet) Stop your brush on the canvas right now. You are going to make it, dear anonymous. Yes you are. Not only you are going to write and share your music but this job you have won’t be in your life for very long. You will no longer be stuck in a life you don’t want. Your canvas will start looking like your dreams. And that my dear friend is the art of creation you were born with. Claim it back. Read MoreI was sleeping in a room I had never seen before. A twin bed tucked on one of the walls in the tiny room and right across from it a painting with light shinning on it. It was as if the light was there just for me. The painting was mesmerizing, you felt it in your veins as soon as your eyes traversed across it. Rocks with brush strokes so invisible that you could mistake them for real life rocks. The painting on the wall brought back my love for painting again. I felt the desperation inside my chest and knew I had to do something. In that moment a man with dreadlocks who was supposed to be a rapper walked in and said he was the painter of the painting. “I want to paint again but I have been so busy, I have not had any time.” I said to him immediately as he sat down on the chair next to the door. “These are excuses. Here is a class you can take at the town next door.” he said and proceeded to write down the town which I have never heard of and the phone number which started like this 457- 789 but can’t remember the rest of the numbers. You see this was the dream I had last night. A dream so real that feels like a memory. The dream didn’t end there. I walked out of the room and into the main area of the house. The view was of a body of water with gigantic rocks. On the right hand side, the Golden Gate Bridge was hanging but it was not the color red, rather a pale white. I remember thinking in the dream that I was so grateful to have this view every day. I woke right at that moment. Here in this reality it was still dark and raining outside. My mind immediately came back here from wherever we were. I got up to go to the bathroom. And life was once again back. But the dream was so real, as real as life itself. I know for a fact that you too have had many vivid dreams. I have dreamt every possible type of dream you can imagine. Lucid. Visitation. Flying. Terror. Remote viewing. The list is long. Someone asked me the other day. “Do you think you can write one of your Star Letters about dreams? I have seen my husband in my dreams once since he died. I want to find a way to see him again. How can I do that?” Dear anonymous, I believe that there is a way to call on someone who has passed and have them visit us in our dreams. I think we could potentially control our mind just before we go to sleep and request a specific dream. A dream may be part of the life of another you in a parallel universe. Maybe in that other universe your husband is alive and can visit you. I know this sounds strange and in ways very very hard to believe, but according to Biocentrism it is possible. According to the author Lanza we carry space and time around with us “like turtles with shells.” meaning that when the shell comes off (space and time), we still exist. Lanza also believes that multiple universes can exist simultaneously. In one universe, the body can be dead. And in another it continues to exist. This means that a dead person ends up in a similar world he or she once inhabited, but this time alive. And so on, infinitely. Imagine if that is true. According to an article on Psychology Today hypothetically it could be possible that dreams are about what is happening in the alternate world of my duplicate self or as others refer to my doppleganger. If this is potentially true then our dreams are portals to one of the parallel universes. But I don’t think we can ever get to a place where we can be certain of these thoughts and possibilities. People who have had experiences of visitations, lucid dreams and out of body experiences while they are sleeping know how true all of this is and no physicist or scientist can have a true say in any of this. As Osho says, ‘All that can be experienced is not necessarily explainable, and all that can be explained is not necessarily experienceable. Mathematics can be explained easily, but there is no corresponding experience. Science can be explained easily, but even the greatest scientist is not transformed by his knowledge.’ We are transformed by experience and experimenting. Not by theories and mathematics.(click to tweet) So today I want you to do a very simple experiment. This experiment can work immediately or it might take a few times. Please don’t lose hope or patience. Also you can email me directly with your results here. The Dream experiment. Turn everything off. Tonight when you go to sleep turn everything off, your phone, your computer and your television. Take some deep breaths until you feel your body relax as much as possible.I know it is much easier to fall asleep with a book or the tv but we want to allow your mind and body to relax. The Immersion Now, remember a special place you went with the person you lost and a memory you had there together. Find a photo to look at if you have one. Spend a few moments looking at it. You may even have a video clip from that memory. Spend a few minutes watching it. Try and remember the details. The colors. The feelings you had. What was said. What was your favorite part. How did you feel to be with them.Immerse yourself in that memory however difficult it is.Find a way to be there without the sadness but the happiness you felt when you were there. The Conversation Now make sure your eyes are closed. Imagine yourself with them. Feel their hand touching yours. Talk to them in your imagination. Tell them things you want to say to them about your day. Imagine that they can hear you. Be in this new imagined memory with them as if it is really happening. The key here is that you relax as much as possible, so much so that you fall asleep. We want your conscious mind to carry this person with them in the unconscious mind and beyond. Beyond this world. This is when you will hopefully fall asleep. The Remembering When you wake up in the morning try and stay in bed in the position you were when you were sleeping to remember your dream. Write down on a piece of paper what you can remember. If you can’t remember it get up for a few minutes go to the bathroom and come back to bed and go in the same position for a few moments. There are many reasons as to why this helps remember the dream but I don’t want to go into them here. Just know that a dream can be remembered when your head is positioned the exact same way it was when you were dreaming. The Repetition If the first time the dream experiment doesn’t work get into the habit of doing this a few times each week. Turn everything off, immerse yourself in a memory, have a new conversation with your beloved, and in the morning record the dream. The key here is to believe that this is possible and to also go deep in the immersion. I know this may sound hard to believe but it should not be. After all, we live in a cosmos full of human beings dreaming about many unbelievable things every single night. For a reason I cannot explain we find dreaming normal and logical when there is nothing logical about it. I have also read a lot about Freud’s interpretation of dreams and even though there is a lot of truth there his work is incomplete and very boxed in. Dear anonymous I hope you got more than just an answer to your question. Whether you experiment or not you need to know that your beloved is outside of this physical reality. And you will connect with him/her again one way or another. There is an aspect of our self that travels beyond the physical world, religion tried to explain it. Science tried to prove it. What we are doing here is not religion or science it is experimenting with the best instrument there is, the human mind. Can’t wait to hear all about your experiments. Read MoreI am never ever going to stop exploring the nature of our universe. I am just not willing to live in the darkness and turn my back on scientific findings of incredible truths and pretend this is the only version of reality. Why do that? Why live a life that is seen through one hole instead of the whole view of the world. Unfortunately we live in a world where we talk about celebrities, drama and gossip. And I do that too. Still. When the cosmos is so vast, so magnificent and so complex. We close our eyes and go to sleep. Just writing these words down makes me want to scream from the top of my lungs and say ‘wake up world.’ Where did you come from? Why are you here? Why don’t you want to know? Why don’t you want to be an explorer? I am not asking for us to become Christopher Columbus. I am just asking us to question our immediate environment. Or even read a book about something greater than ourselves. Imagine that. Imagine the possibilities of our humanity if all of us decided to explore something, anything. This blog was born out of this quest. I want to help shift my own brain alongside anyone who wants to explore with me. Even if this blog created a few new thoughts in the big pool of millions of repeated old thoughts I would feel as if I am doing something. My own story of wanting to know more about this physical world started when my husband died ten years ago. From that moment on everything changed forever. But I don’t think you need a tragedy to be awakened. I don’t think you need to fall hard to want to see the truth. I don’t think it has to be that difficult. All you need to do is ask a question and search for the answer. When you find it. Incorporate it in your life. Then ask a new question. Life is about asking the right questions and finding your way to the answers. If it wasn’t about that then the universe would not be complex. We would live in a world that did not hang in the vastness of dark matter alongside some round rocks also hanging from nothing. It would be flat. And not infinite. It would be something we could see from the beginning to the end. It would be something we would know about when we were born. Instead we live in a cosmos that is so complex and so foreign that we will die and not find out why we are here, what we are made of and what lives inside these bodies. For many, waking up and knowing that we are hanging in the middle of nowhere is a normal experience. But there is nothing normal about that. Nothing. Could it be that we are all asleep? Hypnotized. Programmed. Enough of that. Enough of experiencing this weird life thinking it’s all normal. And this next sentence will infuriate many. But I am going to go ahead and say it. Religion is not enough. Learning about saints, and looking back into their lives and miracles to understand the cosmos is not anywhere near an answer. It is a glimpse into the lives and works of extraordinary humans. Since when did we make it ok to worship the past and ignore any new miracles and findings? (click to tweet) I want to worship the existence of this magical world. I want to pray to the stars and the moon and the infinite energy that surrounds us. I want to know more. I want to see more. I want to wake up every morning and look up wondering why am I hanging on this blue ball? I want to know where we go when we are asleep? Did you know there is an answer to that? Maybe even many. I want to know what happens to me after I die. I want to discover the answers. And so should you. Maybe the saints and sages knew something we don’t. Maybe they were explorers. And if they were alive now they would say ‘look ahead, find out what’s out there.’ I wasn’t planning on writing this today. I was about to answer one of the questions I received from one of the readers and all of this came out. This Star Letter wants to ask you to question everything you see and everything you don’t. There are so many things around us that are invisible because we are not questioning this reality. Let’s all go on a journey that will lead to a consciousness that will allow us to travel to faraway planets. See creatures that are mesmerizing. Find parallel universes. Maybe even live in a nonlinear way. Outside of space and time. Outside of this illusion. Call me crazy. Call me whatever you want but there is one thing I know for sure. I will die asking questions and demanding answers. I hope you do too. We are in this together. If we can’t go explore what’s out there because we would rather be at home watching TV then there is something wrong with us. Maybe what they say about the matrix is true. This is a simulation. What else can explain this repetitive way of living? So help me prove this theory wrong. Go outside of your regular programming. Explore outside of this reality. Let’s do this. Pretty please.
