Something Inside of Me Has Always Been Here

December 22, 2017 | IN CHRISTINA'S BLOG/POSTS | BY weekly-wisdom-from-outer-space

I know it has been a while since I last wrote to you. But it has been one fascinating year […]

The post Something Inside of Me Has Always Been Here appeared first on Star Letters.

I was determined to get there.

I wanted to conquer my brain and find a way to not listen to the lies it was internally screaming at me as I was dripping sweat on the gym floor.

My body was experiencing an earthquake.

It was shaken like it was about to break into a million pieces.

“You need to stop.” my brain told me, then it proceeded to say “You can have a stroke from pushing yourself so much.”

I was attempting a sixty-second plank.

Yup. That was all, and my brain was telling me I was going to die there and then.

The floor was hard, there was no forgiveness from it.

Nothing could move to help me make it to that one minute mark.

I was only 20 seconds in.

Then I decided to try something that I have been doing when I am meditating.

I decided to leave this reality that was giving me so much physical discomfort and go inside my consciousness.

I had created this mega beautiful door inside my mind where I go from this reality to another without the physical laws that govern this one.

At around 25 seconds I see myself inside my mind walking towards this beautiful door.

At first, I am running there because my body is in such turmoil keeping me in this tough floor position.

As I am entering this door, I still open my eyes to see the clock on my phone.

I am still at 30 seconds in.

I need to let go more, I need to let go more.

I go further in and go through the door and onto the other side.

I look to see what is there.

My brain keeps wanting to look at the clock but my mind wants to see what’s beyond the door I just entered.

I see a sky full of stars.

The stars start to descend towards me and I feel this sense of joy.

My body is starting to shake even more holding the plank.

And for a second I come back here.

The clock says 45 seconds.

I am shifting back into the other reality and start to run again.

The stars descend even further and a deep thought says slow down.

In that moment in time, I hear the drums I normally listen to when I journey there. Thump…thump…thump… and my whole sense of reality shifts.

I can hear my trainer say “55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60.”

And I drop on the ground.

I feel euphoria.

And this sense of doing something my brain told me I could not do.

I broke through the barrier.

For the first time.

I did a plank for a whole minute and the only reason I made it was because I left my body and went somewhere else.

Where did I go?

I went to a place between worlds.

Where our consciousness is free to create an alternate reality outside of limitations.

One of my favorite humans and one of my favorite writers is Steven Kotler.

He writes about consciousness, flow states and superhuman abilities.

He is talking about all of our abilities we have somehow forgotten we have.

In his book The Rise of Superman he says that “most people live in a very restricted circle of their potential being.

They make use of a very small portion of their possible consciousness, and of their soul’s resources in general, much like a man who, out of his whole organism, should get into a habit of using and moving only his little finger.”

And he is so right.

We all sit there trying to conquer this reality from our weakest parts.

I am not saying we should all go into journeys every day and never come back.

I am asking you to access the depths of your consciousness and shift your reality here even for a plank.

Even for a sixty-second plank. Why?

Because this is how we start to push our limits.

The limits we don’t question because this three-dimensional reality looks so real.

Steven goes on to say that “our normal waking consciousness, rational consciousness as we call it, is but one special type of consciousness, whilst all about it, parted from it by the flimsiest of screens, there lie potential forms of consciousness entirely different. We may go through life without suspecting their existence; but apply the requisite stimulus, and at a touch they are there in all their completeness.”

I was one of those people going through life not even knowing about these other forms of consciousness.

If I wasn’t looking for the ‘afterlife’ after my husband died, I would not have stumbled upon the fact that we have access to many states of awareness.

I would have stayed in my small house of 3D and played with my ‘toys.’

The toys I am told to play with are all physical, empty of real complex dimension and quite predictable.

They don’t move.

They don’t play with us and they don’t interact with our minds because we don’t think this reality is malleable. Shiftable. Movable. It is.

Alan W. Watts was one of my husband’s favorite authors, this guy knew something we did not know.

And he did everything he could to let us know.

He tried to wake us up.

With every word he shared.

“We seldom realize, for example that our most private thoughts and emotions are not actually our own. For we think in terms of languages and images which we did not invent, but which were given to us by our society.”

Unfortunately, when we are born we are given the keys to this reality by our teachers, parents, family members.

Since day one they tell us what to see, what to say, what to think.

Millions of people have died not knowing that all of their thoughts and feelings did not come from them.

The pain that I feel doing the plank on the gym floor is the pain I was told I was going to feel.

And my body and mind make that a harsh reality.

Unlearning what we have learned from day one is not an easy quest.

This is why I am asking you to try doing small challenges like a plank on your floor.

At first, it will feel strange.

Almost silly. You will judge it. Like your brain judged some of this letter.

Alan knew of this conflict so well, he talked about it often, one of my favorite things he said was this: “Jesus Christ knew he was God.

So wake up and find out eventually who you really are.

In our culture, of course, they’ll say you’re crazy and you’re blasphemous, and they’ll either put you in jail or in a nut house (which is pretty much the same thing).

However if you wake up in India and tell your friends and relations, ‘My goodness, I’ve just discovered that I’m God,’ they’ll laugh and say, ‘Oh, congratulations, at last you found out.”

Now, don’t you give up on this letter because I mentioned your God like presence.

The hardest thing to believe is that we are the universe witnessing itself, we are the miracle creating miracles.

We are the player playing the game we invented.

So since you are still reading you must be as crazy as I am, as crazy as Alan was and as crazy as Steven is and continues to be and thank goodness for that.

Steven Kotler and his co-author Jamie Wheal go even further in their new book “Stealing Fire” and say “There’s one final caveat worth keeping in mind.

Namely, there’s no escaping the human condition.  We’re born, we die, and figuring out the in-between can be brutal.  As Hemingway reminds us, “the world breaks everyone.”

And the plank can break our bodies.

And yes we die.
And yes we fear this reality.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. (Click to Tweet!)

Maybe we can’t escape the human condition all together but we can escape it for 60 seconds on the harsh gym floor, finding the door to another dimension that lives inside of your human potential.

Plank away, my friend.

60 seconds in this reality is eternal and timeless and at the same time non-existent somewhere else.

Go there and find the God you were born to be.

Dear….

Since this week’s Star Letter falls on the 4th of July I just want to wish you a fun happy day with your family.

Find a way to bring the universe by your side even as you are barbecuing and sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows. (Click to Tweet!)

It is in this physical reality that we must bring the beauty of the cosmos.

It is in our everyday life that we must be aware of the vastness of our soul and the timeless existence of our consciousness.

Imagine if we can be fully aware of the electromagnetic field around us even as we are at home hanging with our friends.

For me, this is what it’s all about.

To bring the magnificence of our consciousness inside our everyday life.

Find a few minutes today and close your eyes even if you are holding a beer and you are sitting next to your friends.

Just close your eyes for a few seconds and take in the magic of the energy that surrounds you.

I bet your friends won’t even notice you are doing this.

Then open your eyes and look at everything around you with the knowledge of infinity and that all of this is just light being translated by us into an image.

You are the creator of this image and you are the consciousness that has created everything you see.

Just because we have immersed ourselves in this physical reality to learn and evolve, it doesn’t mean we must forget that we come from source, from God, from divinity.

Happy 4th of July. May the the source be with you.

Lately, I have been experiencing buckets of synchronicity.

Not just frequent.

But in buckets.

It happens every day, every hour of the day.

So much so that I now consider it normal.

I go about my day and I expect my life to have a mirroring effect.

When I speak, the TV in the background will repeat my words.

When I drive the radio will mirror my thought.

At first, it would stop me in my tracks.

It felt like my words were echoing.

There was an echo and I didn’t know where it was coming from.

When these moments happen it feels like my life is connecting to something outside of time and space.

It takes me out of this reality for a split second.

The boundary between the illusion and what is real disappears.

However, synchronicity cannot be completely understood and appreciated unless you experience it for yourself.

But something tells me that you have.

You know what I am talking about.

You have had experiences with meaningful coincidences that cannot be explained with logic.

To quote Jung, Synchronicity: A meaningful coincidence of two or more events where something other than the probability of chance is involved.

He believed that these meaningful synchronicities are giving us glimpses of the universe itself. These moments link mind and matter.

He believed deeply that these moments happen when “a strong need arises in the psyche of an individual.”

He observed three different variations of synchronicity:

  1. The coinciding of a thought or feeling with an outside event;
  2. A dream, vision or premonition of something that then happens in the future;
  3. A dream or vision that coincides with an event occurring at a distance.

Isn’t it true that all three variations have happened to you too?

What this tells me is that we are reminded of the universe at large more than just once in awhile.

But then when these events are done we go back to sleep.

Back to the routine.

The repetition.

The dream inside the dream.

Dreams feel real while we’re in them.

It’s only when we wake up that we realize something was actually strange.” from the movie Inception.

If we are inside a dream right now the only way to glimpse outside of the dream is through synchronicity.

What is outside of this?

Eternity.

Timelessness.

Infinity.

The collective mind.

No fear.

To me, synchronicity is a reminder of our true selves.
The one self. (Click to Tweet!)

Yes, life happens here. I know.

But who is the self that does the living is not as clear.

Why am I writing these letters?

A simple reason.

A nudge out of the illusion.

Just long enough for you to ask questions.

Just long enough for you to start expecting miracles to happen.

It all starts here my dear friend.

It all starts here.

I know you have some very interesting thoughts, thoughts that you don’t like to share with others.

These thoughts sometimes tell you about life and its weirdness.

They tell you about your experience of your day.

If you lean in and listen beyond the basic thoughts you will find a deeper message.

Something more than just your regular thoughts.

When I started listening in further I didn’t like to share what I was getting.

I was about to say “hearing” but I didn’t want to confuse you as I wasn’t hearing anything.

The way these messages come through is subtle, almost like your own thoughts come through.

So it’s not a voice but a knowing.

It’s not a new thought but a remembering experience.

When I first started to have these deeper and more meaningful thoughts I hid them.

Especially the ones about the stars and the divine.

I used to think that I could not possibly share these thoughts with others.

I would lose all of my credibility.

But no matter how much I tried to hide from you all I failed.

Star Letters were born out of these thoughts I was hiding.

I knew these thoughts were not mine to keep.

Somewhere far away in the universe, something greater than myself was allowing me to open into a world full of miracles and joy.

How dare I keep it to myself?

I deeply know now that all the messages from the stars are not just for my own evolution and growth but for everyone who finds themselves here.

I gently want to help you remember what you already know.

To ask you to listen further in.

Further than your everyday thoughts.

When you do, you will remember.

You will remember that you are not just this body.

You are not just this 3-dimensional reality.

Your eyes are not the only part of you that can see.

You must seek to go beyond the seeing with your eyes open and to the seeing with your eyes closed.

There lies a world before this one and one beyond it.

The good news is that our scientists talk about all the dimensions that are invisible to the eye and all the many ways that it is the you inside the universe that makes this universe real.

And one more thing, one more thing before this letter is complete.

When I used to hear someone say that humans are asleep I didn’t agree with them.

After all, I felt awake.

I was conscious.

I was deeply aware of myself and my life.

But…on my journey to my next book I stumbled upon a lot of things.

It’s like I am experiencing some kind of deep learning.

Now I know what the phrase “down the rabbit hole” really means.

The journey to remembering and learning is deep.

It’s unimaginable and infinite.

The further down you go you realize this life, this self, this consciousness is so much more than you can see.

But the deeper you go the more you can understand.

It’s like you stretch your mind to its limits.

Then your understanding of this place becomes better.

I just want you to know that the only real fear is not knowing that we have nothing to be afraid of. That’s all. (Click to Tweet!)

You and I and the rest of the universe are all observing each other inside our own creation. Don’t you forget it.

What if we were allowed to believe that we have guides that guide us.

Whenever we had a problem to solve or we needed guidance we could turn inwards and ask for help.

What if growing up our parents told us to go within for the answers.

Not just the select few parents but billions of them.

What if this was a true universal belief.

And not just in prayer or metaphorically speaking.

But truly.

What if we could hear the divine voice talking with us?

What if our higher self, inner wisdom or faint voice we think is nothing is something.

It is the voice of God or divinity.

Even the universe.

Imagine that.

Imagine that we have a guide that lives inside and is always there for us.

Imagine that our consciousness comes from the deepest part of the universe and it is not only creating our reality but it is talking to us.

It is observing our universe alongside us.

And it takes it to a step further.

Not only observing and creating but guiding.

What if our consciousness is able to point things to us.

What if the observer effect is not just a simple observation experience but a complex guidance mechanism.

And the more we listen to the inner observer the more we can influence our direction.

And according to a lot of theories and experiments, it is very obvious our whole universe is created by an observer.

Some call it God, others consciousness and others many different names.

It doesn’t matter what we call it and how we observe it, it is one and the same thing.

It lives everywhere and in all places.

Inside of us and outside of us.

In this dimension and in all dimensions.

In this universe and in all the universes.

If we observe it there it lives there.

It’s simple but yet complex for the mind.

It is our own consciousness that has created this world, these rules, these lives and these experiences.

“Obviously, when the beings on a planet that supports life examine the world around them, they are bound to find that their environment satisfies the conditions they require to exist.

Our very existence imposes rules determining from where and at what time it is possible for us to observe the universe. That is, the fact of our being restricts the characteristics of the kind of environment in which we find ourselves.

That principle is called the weak anthropic principle…. A better term than “anthropic principle” would have been “selection principle,” because the principle refers to how our own knowledge of our existence imposes rules that select, out of all the possible environment, only those environments with the characteristics that allow life.” — Stephen Hawking & Leonard Mlodinow, The Grand Design

We have allowed and created life.

Consciousness is divinity and the creative force which is also your guiding mechanism. Religion is great and true because it has witnessed itself inside the stories that it shares. Nothing wrong with that.

It has actually allowed our world to understand consciousness and the observer effect through the Bible and through other religious texts.

There is nothing wrong with believing in a traditional guide like God, in a non-traditional guide like a higher self or in an even more ‘out there’ guide like a master or masters of the universe. Even work like Abraham Hicks that is being seen as a collective consciousness.

It is possible that it is all the same and it is being observed in different views by our consciousness. Abraham has described themselves as “a group consciousness from the non-physical dimension.” They have also said, “We are that which you are. You are the leading edge of that which we are. We are that which is at the heart of all religions.”

I have created a name for all of our inner guides, intelligence, masters, God, divinity, collective all of the names. I call the guide inside of us the Super Watcher.

The infinite part of us that lives on and on and on.

The infinite that creates infinity.

That it observes, sees, creates.

We all have access to it.

What is important is that you believe that you are special and that you have this inside of you. You are the masters of the universe.

You are God.

You are intelligence and you are the creator who created.

The observer who observed the creation.

For today I want to ask you to listen in.

Listen to your Super Watcher, it is inside of your every thought.

Your every observation and creation.

Nothing separates you from it.

Nothing at all.

Only your observation that you are separate does that.

Believe in magic and you will find it.

Believe in a perfect world and you will see it.

Believe in yourself and you will find your own wisdom.

Listen in and you will hear a voice.
Listen frequently and that voice will get louder. (Click to Tweet!)

Act on the voice’s wisdom and your world will be created by you.

Play in that created world and you will feel joy.

Feel joy and you will connect to the field that surrounds you.

Then the creator and the created become one.

Part of the whole.

The universe is witnessing itself in the playground it has created.

Life.

For as long as I am inside a physical existence, I will always be afraid of dying.

Even though I know that death is not real.

It doesn’t make sense. I know.

You wonder how can I be afraid of something that I don’t believe exists.

But no matter how much I believe that we don’t die ‘the wanting to be alive’ for as long as possible doesn’t go away.

I don’t think it is meant to.

We have come here to feel the fear of death.

And to look up to the stars and wonder what does it all mean?

Where do we go from here?

And even though we have a lot of the answers we will never really know with certainty which answer is the right one.

When the very popular song from the band Queen says “who wants to live forever?”

I always respond to it with “me, I do. I want to live forever.”

The good news is that a lot of scientists, engineers and tech billionaires want the same thing.

Because you guessed it. They are afraid to die.

And that fear drives evolution.

This is why the fear is here.

The first person to live to be 1,000 years old is certainly alive today …whether they realize it or not, most people now 40 years or younger can expect to live for centuries,” claims Cambridge University geneticist Aubrey de Grey. “I think we’re in striking distance of keeping people so healthy that at 90 they’ll carry on waking up in the same physical state as they were at the age of 30, and their probability of not waking up one morning will be no higher than it was at the age of 30.”

I imagine being 90 or 100 and feeling like I do today at 45.

Maybe I don’t quite want to live forever but I don’t want to die in my 80s. I want to go beyond that.

Maybe make it to 200 years old. And maybe then I would be ready to let go of this physical existence and find my way to the other side of all of this which I deeply know is magnificent.

However, something tells me that when I get to be 200 I will want to know how it is to be 300 and even 1000 years old.

There is a fiction book called The City and The Stars written by Arthur C Clarke.

It is set on Earth a billion years into the future.

And everything is provided to the citizens of the city.

A central computer guides them as well as provides for everyone.

Every human has the choice to come back to the memory banks of the computer and resurrect themselves. They can live again with all the memories of their existence.

And even though this book is fiction there are organizations in existence today that are working really hard to make something like this real.

These companies believe in a world of abundance and wisdom and this is what drives them to discover technologies, biology and science that can allow us to live almost forever.

Most billionaires in the tech industry are spending their money and resources in finding the cure for death.

Yes, they are.

“Peter Thiel, the billionaire co-founder of PayPal, plans to live to be 120.

Compared with some other tech billionaires, he doesn’t seem particularly ambitious. Dmitry Itskov, the “godfather” of the Russian Internet, says his goal is to live to 10,000; Larry Ellison, co-founder of Oracle, finds the notion of accepting mortality “incomprehensible,” and Sergey Brin, co-founder of Google, hopes to someday “cure death.

Why am I writing this Star Letter about immortality today?

Because I wish to have the cure for all the diseases that have taken our loved ones.

I wish to have wisdom that can only be acquired with having lived a long life.

And a more selfish reason.

Now that I am finally finding myself in my 40s I have so many things I want to do before I die.

And I want to do them here in this life, well that’s what my ego tells me anyways.

The ego keeps this reality significant and allows for the fear to be real.

So we can advance, evolve.

So we can have the free will to live for as long as we want to.

For me, this type of conversation is very emotional.

Almost personal.

But when my ego falls asleep and I take a journey into my consciousness through meditation I am reminded that I am already immortal and I have already lived many lives.

When I remember my own timeless experience buried under the illusion of this reality I have a deep feeling of bliss.

Then death for just that moment is never a part of me but a part of this life I am living now.

“That moment when my heart stops, almost as if, it never existed..

When every breath, slows down, almost as if, I never needed a single breath of air..

When time stops, almost as if, seconds never mattered..

In that moment, I am infinite..

In that moment, I am immortal..

In that moment, I am, finally, alive..” ― Hafsa Shah

Lately, I have wondered about us.

How is it that we can’t find our way to all the knowledge that exists out there already.

How come we don’t live our life from a place of awe.

Maybe not always but to find a moment each day to marvel at this very strange place we call the universe.

This very strange place is made by math, geometrical shapes and music.

And you know what else?

Everything happens in cycles.

I mean don’t you wonder why?

Why the math, the geometry and the sounds?

Why is it the way it is?

So today I am going to ask you to just read this Star Letter and hold the information with you for the day.

If all the below facts are true then our whole existence is beyond what we can imagine.

This is one of the reasons why I am not afraid of death.

I don’t think this perfectly made universe is here by accident.

Nothing is accidental as you will see below.

I am going to start with some math.

Don’t be alarmed by it.

I promise I will keep it simple and just share a little at a time.

This one is about the Great Pyramid.

There are so many interesting facts about the pyramids.

Did you know that if you multiply the height of the pyramid by a thousand million, you are left with 98,000,000 miles, which corresponds approximately to the distance between the earth and the sun?

How incredible is that?

How did they know what the distance between the Earth and the sun was then?

And why was it so important for them to use that distance for the height of the pyramid?

Just so incredibly mysterious.

Now I will take you to sounds and music.

Did you know that according to Dr. Kaku “physics is nothing but the laws of harmony that you can write on vibrating strings.

What is chemistry?

Chemistry is nothing but the melodies you can play on interacting vibrating strings.

What is the universe?

The universe is a symphony of vibrating strings.

And then what is the mind of God that Albert Einstein eloquently wrote about for the last 30 years of his life?

We now, for the first time in history have a candidate for the mind of God.

It is, cosmic music resonating through 11 dimensional hyperspace.

We are nothing but melodies.

We are nothing but cosmic music played out on vibrating strings and membranes.

Obeying the laws of physics, which is nothing but the laws of harmony of vibrating strings.” Can you believe that?

We are nothing but melodies. (Click to Tweet!)

Wow.

He goes on to say “the very purpose of physics is to find an equation … which will allow us to unify all the forces of nature and allow us to read the mind of God.”

Math and music together finding a bridge to divinity.

Beautiful.

Awe inspiring and absolutely worth thinking about.

And there are so much more incredible findings out there and I will leave you with just a glimpse of one more fact.

That we live in cycles.

In what Penrose calls “conformal cyclic cosmology”, the beginning and the end of the universe are in effect the same.

The fate of our universe can actually be reinterpreted as the big bang of a new one:

“Our universe is what I call an aeon in an endless sequence of aeons.”

We come back over and over again.

During this big bang, the ones before and the ones that are yet to come.

All I am asking you today is to take these 3 or 4 things I shared with you and hold them with you for a while.

When life throws you big problems and lots of grief just remember the magic of the universe.

In the end, we all come back many times to live, to sing, to be in harmony and to find each other again through this crazy cyclical and mathematically musical universe we live in.

As a matter of fact, you can feel your sadness even more because of your happiness.

It is such a contrasting feeling.

Lately, I have been contemplating a lot about friendships and loneliness.

And my mind always goes to the stars when I feel sad.

The most times I have cried have been when the stars were witnessing me.

I don’t cry in front of people often.

But in front of the stars it’s easy to do so.

They have this magnificence about them that makes you feel like they are protecting you.

You feel like they have seen you all along.

As if they know you better than anyone else.

As if they will never leave you or reject you.

They are there always.

They are my long time friends, the ones I had growing up.

The ones I had when I lost my husband and the ones I have now building this life.

They have been the most certain parts of my life.

I even have feelings for them.

I love them.

I want to know more about them.

I want to find out all the details that makes them, them.

One of my favorites is Jupiter and its moons.

Jupiter is the fifth planet from the Sun and the largest in the Solar System.

It is a giant planet.

On average it is the third-brightest object in the night sky after the Moon and Venus.

Did you know that Jupiter has at least 67 moons but I can only see the four large Galilean moons with my telescope?

I don’t want this letter to be about all the factual details of Jupiter. I want it to be about you finding solace looking for Jupiter at night and shedding some healing tears under the stars.

If you are like me you probably find yourself surrounded by many people but always feeling lonely.

Always feeling as if nobody can be on your journey and understand how you feel.

It’s ok to be like that, and it’s ok to go to the stars for comfort.

They are the best listeners you will find unless of course, you know my dear friend Elaine is a professional listener.

And one of the kindest souls I know.

Stars are professional listeners. They have been listening to you and me for billions of years. (Click to Tweet!)

Go every night. Go on cry with them.

Go and tell them your dreams.

Go and be yourself with them.

You might feel lonely but you never are.

I say this to myself too.

And you know what else, the more you get to express yourself and your strangeness, yes, you and I are a little strange, the less people will understand you.

But your soul will be happy.

And the stars of course.

They will be happy too.

See you under the stars tonight.

Christina

P.S. I also have created a very private Facebook group for people who have stars in their hearts and are strange like us. It’s of course completely free and the most loving and accepting group you will ever find. Send an invite and I will accept it.

I wish I knew then what I know now.

Don’t we all wish that?

My first husband died of colon cancer ten years ago.

At the time he was only 35 years old.

I wish I could tell him all the things I learned about health after he passed.

Even though at the time we did everything we could with what we had to get him better, what I know now would have taken us into a new dimension of health.

Imagine if one day we could believe that our thoughts and emotions interact with our physiology.

And ultimately accept the possibility that we can heal our own physical bodies.

If this is done collectively it permits a new kind of medicine.

Medicine that is directed by the patient through the observer effect.

What if you could heal yourself because of the power of your mind?

And I can see what your brain is doing right now.

It is already rejecting this possibility. Stay strong my friend.

Our brain likes to reject anything that makes it work over time.

Therefore it will immediately reject the notion of the inner power of a healing modality that lives inside of you.

The brain is saying no to this because we are requiring it to create new brain maps.

Secondly, we are asking the brain to visit places outside of this three-dimensional reality.

To do this, well you know it is not considered easy by your brain.

It is considered fake and impossible.

But there are many new ways to do medicine and of course ultimately to do life.

First, we have to make a very small space for this observer effect possibility.

And I mean small, like maybe one daily thought of the possibility that this could be true.

That is all I am asking for.

One new thought for your mind which is to consider the option that we are not just a biological machine.

The observer/consciousness element is part of the body.

The body cannot remove the disease if the self/observer does not believe that the medicine can heal.

You see, there is no doubt anymore that your mind to put it simply can influence your body’s well-being.

Consciousness is not inside the brain.

It is local yes, but also non-local.

It is here and there at the same time.

It is in 3D and in other dimensions.

But above all, it lives outside of time and space visiting this reality while we are in our body.

I know what I am asking you to consider is unconventional and not a regular thinking experience but…remember it is one thought that I am asking you to change.

Instead of thinking that you are not able to make your body healthy again think that you could be.

That is all.

A possibility of self-healing.

And if you are courageous I am going to ask for one more step.

To send your consciousness to observe an area of your body that feels unhealthy.

Observe that area in its healthy state.

Stay there as long as you can.

We need to collectively come together in this possibility of creating health for ourselves.

We need to believe it not just as individuals but collectively so we can change the collective belief that our bodies are just biological. They are not.

They are here in this holographic universe but can be accessed from another dimension through the observer effect.

According to Einstein matter and energy are one and the same.

If we used that as our truth, medicine would ultimately stop trying to heal disease the way it has in the last century.

It would apply the holographic principle which says that every piece contains the information of the whole.

According to an exceptional book called Vibrational Healing “all matter, both physical and subtle has frequency. The etheric and physical bodies, being of different frequencies overlap and coexist within the same space. The acupuncture meridian system is a discretely organized network of microscopic ducts which connects the physical with the etheric body forming the so called physical/etheric interference.”

And if you feel that this all speaks to you find a good local acupuncturist and make your way there.

I have been going to an acupuncturist weekly for the last 6 months and I have felt so much better. My digestion is better.

My energy is ten times better.

And above all the biggest surprise was joy. I am happier.

I never expected this last part.

This Star Letter was brought to you for one reason and one reason only to open your mind to the possibility that we have more power and control over our bodies and minds that we have ever imagined.

We hold the key to our own healing.

And last but not least we need to come to this knowing collectively so our deep beliefs of helplessness can shift and allow our humanity to advance towards a longer life with more lessons and learnings.

Imagine if we could live to be 500 or even 1000 years old, the advances we could bring forth with the wisdom we have garnered.

This Star Letter may appear insignificant in nature but if I have it my way it would travel inside your old beliefs and challenge them one thought at a time.

Without the collective universal mind evolving as a whole we can’t get far.

We need you and me and everyone else to do this.

Belief is the first and final frontier towards our evolution.
Once we believe it is possible, then it will be.
